All us TMac fans want is a 46 minute block, build the entire offense around our superstar....and watch the rings pile up. We are letting a proven superstar go. A man with a legacy. How many other guys are known as Mr December? It breaks my heart....and I'm sure if TMac had one, his would be broken too.....of course......
Despite how much love I have for T-Mac, I still think he's no longer belonged here, to this team. His dramas need to end here and there will be no more. Also departure with the Rockets would give him the best opportunity to prove himself to other who's still interested in him that he's still capable of playing at high level and maybe get another medium contract in return next year.
What is the one constant with this club? All of our greatest ever players......they no longer play for the Rockets. TMac doesn't need to change....people need to change.
For the people who genuinely believe that the organization is wrong, and that we need to keep Tracy (and increase his playing time and, ostensibly, reintegrate him as the focal point of the offense), how exactly are you proposing that happen? I've yet to hear a decent argument for it.
Yea, no one has been stuck with one team cept Paul Pierce. But right now the reality is, if T-Mac doesn't and is not willing to change his game, he's not gonna find his comfy niche around the league, his expiring contract is not as tempting as it used to, things change as time flies.
I think whats being missed is that, if the NBA playoff race isn't the time or place to rehabilitate a player....then when is? What, do the Rockets expect him to do his rehab with doctors and trainers and come back onto the court 100%?
Faith has been missing since Tracy announced his decision to take microfracture surgery on ESPN without "notifying" his own club. Also he'd been in and out of lineup last year and broken the team chemistry, maybe that's why Rick wasn't willing to work him back in the rotation that quick, and 8 minutes per game really gave the coach a reference that how well he progressed every game.
This is a dumb thread because it's T-mac who asked to be traded. It's not up to the Rockets, it's up to T-mac to stay.
Dude its time for Tmac to go. Are u a Rocket fan or a Tmac fan? We are doing what is better for the organization. I'm actually glad that the cry baby is gone.
