Is there any way for us to get this guy from Chicago, he is unhappy with the organization and needs a change of scenery. Would it be worth it to pick him up and slide him into the center position? Any takers?
I hope Chris Myers is not back next year as a starter. Antoine Caldwell is the center of the future and could take over. Kruetz is on the decline but still is solid. If the Bears do cut him, I would take a look at him if it is a reasonable price.
If he does get cut, we really need to look at him. Nothing out of this world money wise but this team needs guys like him that have been with winning programs to help build that winning culture. Another guy that has been mentioned quite a bit before that would bring the same is Casey Hampton. Both interior linemen for their respective sides of the ball, both positions that could use upgrades/depth.
