seriously I don't see any chance for yao trying to persuade manager to keep tracy .

here in this team it is the best chance for yao to prove his leadership ,and validate his franchise status ,but the precondition is "trading tracy ".If tracy still stay in this team without doubt he would demand ball-control,and take more shot on offensive end.most of time yao would be neglected though our big guy catch the best position in down low.we don't see any complain from yao in public,that is only because of his innate withdrawn .so privately yao was not satisfied with tracy.

secondly both yao and tracy are kinda soft,i believe yao himself know this point,so if tracy still stay ,the probability for yao to win the championship in the following couple years will be very limited,since yao is the only player untradeble in this team,tracy must go and we get another spiritual tough player to help yao.
