Man - based on these responses if these T-mac apologists were in the GM position they would be signing him to a contract extension.

I'll be so happy once we ship the drama out of town and replace him with someone who plays with their heart instead of their mouth.

How in the world is Ariza a perfect fit next to Yao.

This your 60,000th post? Making a reference to a guy's skin tone?

    Wow.

I like where this is going. Brooks/Lowry throwing alley-oops to Ariza/Budinger/Taylor/Landry.

i thought it was pretty obvious...

just because adelman has given ariza the green light to swing for the fences all season doesn't mean he's not able to play the role that he did last year with the lakers.

The problem might be though, Ariza would still think he's that perimeter star. Yao would get him more open shots, but I'm not sure it'd really relegate Ariza to the role he had on the Lakers. They HAD so many options, Ariza almost HAD to play that role.

Lakers offense is VERY different from the Yao-centric Rockets offense.

Can we merge all of DD's posts regarding T-Macs into 1?

I say it should be posted as a sticky, just in case somebody hasn't read it.

It's annoying,I know, I've been asking for that since last season. Why does everyone else have to be subjected to how much these people love or hate Mcgrady? It really clutters up the GARM and makes it difficult to enjoy the real basketball discussions. I'd say a significant percentage of the people enjoy discussing the drama of this team as much as if not more than the actual on court product.

Yeah, every mcgrady thread has the usual suspects all the time. Any mention of his all powerful name brings the same repetitive post whether in defense or in frustration. The team has exceeded what I thought they were going to do even with the holes and yet, there will be 7 mcgrady related threads or every thread turned into a mcgrady thread.

Cant forget about the 1 or 2 connected NBA Dish threads too, something like:

Poll: Would Micheal JORDAN change to fit in Rick Adleman offence?

You do know it isn't mandatory to click on these threads. No one is tricking you.

There are not any "Kyle Lowry should start" threads that when opened say "Psych! Let's talk about McGrady!"

As of now, there are 11 McGrady-related threads out of the 20 non-stickies on the first page of GARM. That's more than half. INSANE!!

The league leader in assist to turnover ratio most definitely deserves to play.
