I think DD should write a thank you letter to Tracy for helping him reach 60K posts before 2010.

 

But the way they're doing it doesn't seem to make sense. Why play him for several games and then suddenly sit him out two games in a row with no real explanation? I don't know if it's some kind of discipline, or the team is making a statement to McGrady, or if a trade is in the works, or what, but it's just strange.

it seems like adelman should be the one talking about this decision and anything to do with players in the rotation.

lol. Forgive him. it's not really DD's trademark to consistently read or think before posting.

Anyway, does no one think this hemming and hawing by management is completely ridiculous. If you don't want T-Mac, don't play him a never-changing 8 minutes a game, knowingly pissing him off while he's with the team and speading that attitude around the locker room. You're fulfilling the results that you're supposed to be looking to avoid. And when he does get pissed and starts demanding more PT, don't do the exact opposite and bench him, but still have him traveling with the team! Now he's sitting on the bench, being paid to do nothing but be a cancer and give surly quotes to the media. What good can come of that? Morey and Adelman need to grow some balls and either play Tracy and deal with the consequences, or do whatever they have to to get him the hell away from the team. What they're doing now is just f-ing stupid.
