I'll always remember his great playoff runs.....

    Oh....

    Well, his toughness was always....

    Wait....

Well at least he was always a team first player who...

    Oh geez....

I'll always remember how so many players scored 13 points in 35 seconds....

    Oh....

Well, there were many people who scored more than him in the early 2000s....

    Wait.....

Well, if he sucks and his can't play on his team, he must suck on Christmas and surely can't have the highest PPG......

    Wait.....

He's never passed the first round of the playoffs so he couldn't have one of the highest PPG and improved his all around game for the playoffs....

    Oh geez....

Tracy McGrady was once the douche whose loafing was the primary cause in his team losing 61 games in a season.

He's got much more talented teammates now and not playing enough minutes to do that same to the Rockets.

Tracy McGrady was the guy who once blamed never having getting out of first round on having "average" teams.

He's now the guy b****ing about cameos and looking forward to free agency.

Lets reminisce on the player TMac once was, indeed.

wow watching this makes me sad. he was god like back in orlando. too bad he never took care of his body the way kobe did or else who knows how his career would have turned out. i still think he has a chance to get that championship but it won't be by dominating everyone like he was back then.

Wow, averaged 43.3 pts/game, 7.7 reb, 4.3 ast, 2 stl on Christmas Day...that is the definition of turning it on at will.

The next highest average is Jerry West with 32.2 PPG.

The originally video just makes people hate Tracy more, since he once had loads of potential to be every bit as good as Kobe if not better and he just did not have the same desire, motivation or toughness Kobe had. There's no reason to like what Tmac did here in Houston, since all of his accomplishments came in the regular season.

There once was a guy named Carl Herrera. He is the type of guy we call a "hater." No matter what Tracy McGrady does, he always finds a way to diss Tracy. He can't even find good in a guy hungry to come back to the game he loves. Let us all pity Carl for astronomical hate of Mr. McGrady.

let's REALLY REMINISCE (not about Orlando, but Houston)

    http://www.chron.com/CDA/archives/archive.mpl?id=1993_1173754

Holiday gift for Houston sports fans/Rockets, Oilers on national TV

    TERRY BLOUNT Staff

SAT 12/25/1993 HOUSTON CHRONICLE, Section A, Page 1, 2 STAR Edition
Better have those Christmas dinners ready to eat early today if you happen to have some Rockets or Oilers fans in the house.
Instead of tinkering with their presents or wolfing down that Christmas feast, those fans might be glued to the tube for about six hours.
This is a Christmas Day filled with excitement for Houston sports fans, many of whom will be watching today's doubleheader of basketball and football involving their teams, which happen to be two of the hottest sports franchises around.
The Rockets (22-2) try to return to their winning ways at 1:30 p.m. in Phoenix against Charles Barkley and Co. when Houston plays the Suns on national television (Channel 2).
That game will be followed by the Oilers at 4:30 p.m. (Channel 2) in a National Football League showdown some people have billed as a possible Super Bowl preview. The Oilers (10-4) will face the San Francisco 49ers (10-4) at Candlestick Park.
Houston fans hoped to see the Rockets go to Phoenix with a chance to set a National Basketball Association record for the best start in history at 24-1, but they stumbled Thursday night at The Summit, losing to Denver 106-93.
Hey, one loss every dozen games or so is good enough to satisfy most Houston fans. For the Rockets, who have the NBA's best record, it would be nice to start a winning streak today against Barkley and the Suns, the defending Western Conference champions.
As for winning streaks, no team in the NFL can match the Oilers. NBC's national TV audience will watch the Oilers try to extend their winning streak to 10 games. A victory by the men in Columbia blue also would give them an excellent shot at having the home-field advantage throughout the playoffs, which begin in January.
Regardless of what happens in these two games, it will be a Christmas like no other -- a day when two Houston teams entered their respective games near the top of the sports world.
Granted, both have a long way to go to reach their ultimate goal of a league championship, which is something neither has accomplished, but rarely have two Houston teams been so good at the same time. Neither of these teams has played such a meaningful game on Christmas Day for all the nation to see.
The Rockets, who tied a 45-year-old league record this season by starting the year 15-0, were an incredible 22-1 entering Thursday's game against Denver. A victory would have tied a 24-year-old record set by the New York Knicks when they started the 1969-70 season 23-1.
Maybe the Rockets were caught looking ahead to the big game on Christmas Day, but no one is complaining. With Michael Jordan enjoying his retirement, Rockets center Hakeem Olajuwon is arguably the game's finest player. If he remains healthy and maintains his pace, he has an excellent chance to win his first Most Valuable Player Award this season.
Guard Vernon Maxwell also is having his best season, including a couple of miraculous shots that helped the Rockets extend their winning ways.
But a lot of credit for how the Rockets are playing must go to coach Rudy Tomjanovich, who has convinced his players that hard-working defense is the way to win.
The Oilers' defense hasn't been too bad either, causing 22 turnovers in the team's last five games to help the team overcome its 1-4 start.
But today's game is about two explosive offensive teams with marquee names such as receiver Jerry Rice and quarterback Steve Young for the 49ers, and receiver Ernest Givins and quarterback Warren Moon of the Oilers. The Oilers and 49ers are the top two scoring teams in the NFL.
It will be an eventful day for Houston sports fans, many of whom hope for bigger and better things from both teams down the road.
The Oilers will be in the NFL playoffs for the seventh consecutive season, and their fans hope seven truly is a lucky number. The Rockets are the NBA's best team, but fans pray the team doesn't peak too soon.
Houston fans have been down the road of promise many times with their teams, only to find disappointment at the end. Houstonians are waiting for the Oilers, Rockets or Astros to win their first championship.
They've all come close, but the brass ring has eluded them. The 1980 year started with the Oilers playing the Steelers in Pittsburgh with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line. But the Oilers lost 27-13 on a frigid day at Three Rivers Stadium.
Later that year, the Astros made their first playoff appearance, coming within one game of the World Series before losing 8-7 to the Philadelphia Phillies in a dramatic final game of the National League Championship Series.
Perhaps the best year for Houston fans was 1986 when the Rockets made it to the NBA Finals against the Boston Celtics, and the Astros played the New York Mets in a thrilling National League Championship Series. But both failed to make it all the way.
Now 1993 is coming to a close, and the carrot is dangling in front of Houston's sports teams again. Will this Oilers or Rockets team finally be the one that wins the big one?
Who knows? But it would be nice if Santa could come through with a couple of victories today. With a little luck, it might be a Christmas Day to remember for Houston's sports fans.

That wasn't even with us... I remember the stuff he's done with this franchise, the good and the bad, but looking back at Orlando is pointless IMO. It's like a much less glorified version of Toronto fans looking back at Hakeem's days.

hah, not to that point, but you get it..lol
