Can't judge a rumor by a poster's name. After all, Nixon was brought down by a guy called Deep Throat.
Exactly. I dismiss this eintirely, UNLESS he wins Coach of the Year, in which case, it's bye bye Mein Furer.
We did trade away our championship players for Scottie Pippen and Charles Barkley once upon a time too.
Oh, hey guys. I figured I should just tell you that I too have crazy insider info. Turns out, the rumors of Lebron accepting a minimum-contract to play in Houston ARE TOTALLY TURE! If anyone wants to know my super-secret but totally credible source, PM me. Actually, I don't care about confidentiality, so I'll tell all of you as long as you promise not to tell ANYONE ELSE. I talked to Lebron PERSONALLY two weeks ago when we were both waiting in line at the James Coney Island on Westheimer (turns out, Lebron REALLY likes his chili dogs, and that's a major factor in his decision to play in Houston). He told me that he would sign here. You can all trust me, because I would never lie to you.
There are two things I can see causing friction between Les and Rick: playing T-Mac simply to showcase him for a trade and with Yao's career being uncertain Les has refused to aqcuire a decent big who can start and play more than 20 minutes per game. I know they've aqcuired Andersen but he does not look like starter material.
I honesty thought Rick Adelman went to Portland to ask the Blazers Gm about an Andre Miller for Chuck Hayes type deal. Both there Centers are out. Adelman is a fast tempo coach. Why not add Andre Miller a proven Veteran Pg?
This is awesome! We don't need Adelman if Lebron is coming here for the minimum, let him go to Portland. I really, really hope this rumor is false. I wouldn't be surprised if Adelman and Les did have issues, starting with the Mcgrady debacle.
