If such a thing is possible, that was an unimpressive comeback from a 35-point deficit by the Kings. 90% of it was the Bulls were complete trash. Tyreke Evans made some key plays down the stretch, but he made some mistakes too. Brockman grabbed some important offensive rebounds, Udoka hit a couple of 3-pointers, etc, etc. This was a good loss for the Bulls because I don't think Vinny will be around tomorrow. Time to celebrate for Bulls fans. The bright future is closer now.
You sound like I sounded after the Bills/Oilers game in 93... Good article that basically says the obivous about Vinny. http://ken-berger.blogs.cbssports.com/mcc/blogs/entry/11838893/19103252
The Bulls have really gone down the drain ever since that slob Jerry Krause wanted to prove to the world that he was the main reason the Bulls won six championships. I still love these Bulls even if I have moved to Houston from Chicago many years ago and it breaks my heart to see them in this state. I loved John Paxson as a player but he, like MJ, are not good judges of talent and are not good managers. Reinsdorf should start cleaning up his team from the top and make amends to the Bulls fans for coddling Krause for so long.
The coach can flick the switch but sometimes the bulbs don't light up... <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZE2yfyiGp8o&hl=en_US&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ZE2yfyiGp8o&hl=en_US&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="344" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>
I just watched the 3rd and 4th quarters of this game on NBALPB and.... wow. That was a choke job. It was kind of fun to listen to the broadcasters voices in the 3rd when the lead started getting cut down to 20-something. They were calm throughout. Then listening to them at the end, it was like a 911 call. lol.
That damn Tyreke Evans is just a stud. Shaping up to be the next D-Wade. Although he's only better than Wade was his rookie year
From my understanding it wasn't. It was 1 pt short. I wanna say one of the teams involved in the other game was Utah.
If you would have told me before the season started that the Kings would be nearly .500 without Kevin Martin I probably would have slapped you in the face. Looks like Adelman has some competition for Coach of the Year.
It wasn't just evans it was no namers who played well Brockman was bullying the Bulls in the paint Rodriguez played well Udoka hit daggers
That is crazy!! Not the record though. The j*zz own that record actually. They came back from 36 down against the nuggs back in '96.
It's all about the Trio: <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/jK5zrFkMvAQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/jK5zrFkMvAQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Wow, what an epically bad way to go out for a coach. Del Negro will go out, just has to. Greatest comebacks from that link Code: 35 points Utah vs Denver 11/27/1996 35 points Sacramento at Chicago 12/21/2009 31 points Utah vs Chicago 02/04/1998 30 points LA Lakers vs Dallas 12/06/2002 29 points Milwaukee vs Atlanta 11/25/1977 29 points Dallas vs Minnesota 12/30/2008 25 points Portland vs N.O. 11/10/2006 25 points Boston vs Milwaukee 05/25/2002 25 points LA Lakers vs Chicago 04/03/1979 24 points Dallas at Toronto 02/25/2006 Playoffs 21 points Boston vs New Jersey 05/25/2002 20 points Boston at LA 06/13/2008 18 points Phoenix at Houston 05/11/1994 At least the Bulls can say "Well if it can happen to Michael Jordan..." Though Del Negro will NOT get to say "Well if it can happen to Phil Jackson..."
There appears to be some confusion in regards to where this ranks in NBA combacks...Elias says its 2nd but multiple sources says its the biggest tied with UTAH/Denver in 96 either way its atleast the biggest 2nd half rally in NBA history. http://espn.go.com/chicago/columns/blog/_/post/4763574/name/friedell http://blogs.dailyherald.com/node/3133
