The Mavs do have a legitimate excuse the Refs blatantly mishandled how to deal with flagrant foul and using the replay system. But having to go replay a game when we were already up by a large margin with such short time left seems wasteful. Just Drop it. Good teams find ways to win.
But that's not what cuban ultimately protested. He only protested the technical foul on dampier, not the actual "misapplication of the rules" in replaying the flagarant one.
