    Alabama wins by double digits........only one team can control the game by running the football.......

    It is not going to be as close as you would like it to be.....

    The UT defense will be exposed....

    UT has the number 1 rushing defense....Alabama will do nothing.

    Giving UT a month to prepare and they will crush Alabama....CRUSH them...the SEC is vastly overated.

    UT's rushing defense is a sham. Alabama will rush for around 200 on them.

    Is the SEC overated? Probably. I think they have crap teams just like every other conference. The difference is the best of the SEC is almost always better than the best of anyone else, like this year. The big 12 on the other hand is ****. Texas is good, and then there's.... uhhhh...... yeah thats right, there is no one else.


    I'm down for a friendly internet wager. Nothing serious as I swore off betting money on my favorite teams years ago.

    Former college roommate just gave me a ticket to the game...I was at the bcs title game when vince young led the horns to victory albeit in a travel van watching the game on a small tv tailgating outside the arena.

    Now i get to watch texas win another from the the stands. yeah for me!

    You just lost all credibility. Maybe you should watch more football and stop basing your opinions on "Pardon the Interruption" or "Around the Horn".

    I think he was just giving DaDa what he deserved... DaDa was being a little cocky when he said that the Horns would win by 10... I think he just responded... but we all know this will be a grind out game for points.

    Texas' D is fast as ish. They have had one really bad game defensively and that was against A&M. But they still managed to beat them fairly handily.

    Bama barely won a couple of games themselves. Neither team can come in overconfident.

    I'm taking the senior QB any day over the freshmen.

    Both team's barely won a couple of games. Bama vs Auburn/Tennesse. Texas vs OU/Nebraska. I think this will be a really good national Championship Game. By the way, McCoy is a senior and McCelroy is a Junior, not a freshman.

    Eh... even though Nebraska's D was awesome... Texas didn't have much to go to in the offensive end and receivers were dropping passes that wouldn't normally be dropped so it wasn't only Nebraska that stopped Texas' offense. But yeah this Nebraska team is going to be pretty good next year... Pelini's saying that they'll be even better defensively next year with all of their red-shirt freshman and returning players... obviously Suh is going... I can't see them being this good next year.. maybe better offensively... but not better defensively. They should be a top 15 team to say the least though in the preseason ranks.

    i think UT has a better chance of beating alabama this year then they did winning against USC a few years ago.

    i think if UT and USC had played 10 times usc 7 wins ut 3 wins

    this time up i would say about the opposite ut 7 wins alabama 3 wins

    just my little ol' opinion.
