does Carl wear mouthguard?

    If so, I wonder why don't I remember other players get their teeth knocked out so often? I thought the mouthguard would be more than enough to protect teeth from elbows.

    I thought I heard that he did.... but if so, how'd his teeth end up in Dirks elbow??

    like several are saying above me, YES, he most certainly does. its not an all out rubber mouthpiece like you see a select few players wear. it looks more like an invis-a-line (you cant see it while hes waring it). players like lebron and antwan jamison wear the same thing.

    i still dont understand how his teeth can end up in dirk if he was wearing a mouthguard...how is it physically possible????

    It is may have been possible for the bottom teeth maybe, because the top are covered by mouthguard. But if the top teeth are in dirks elbow, i don't know :confused:

    change the tooth into steal made, better could heat or cold themselves.

    The mouthguard is only for the upper teeth, the lower teeth are unprotected because it is very rare that the impact hits the lower teeth because your upper jaw is usually more forward than you lower jaw. However, you can see that Dirk swung his elbow kind of downward, and unfortunately caught Landry in the lower teeth.

    He must has the worst luck going from loosing a tooth to getting shot to loosing three more teeth.
