Too bad Fatty isn't here to appreciate this (sorry if posted):

From Eating the Road comes the The Big McSausage Egg Surf & Turf Mac sandwich composed of a Big Mac, Filet o Fish patty, McChicken patty, McMuffin egg & sausage patty that clocks in at $7.71 and 1,730 calories. The tricky part (we love this) is that since the sandwich combines breakfast and lunch items, timing is key: "You must be there precisely at 10:30 AM just as they’re winding the signs over to lunch." It's part of their "Will They Build It" series — a previous entry included the Taco Bell Nacho Cheesy Blackjack Volcano Gordita Crunch.

ugh...i would not feel well if i ate that.

Even trying the McGangBang (jr. chicken w/ double cheeseburger) made me feel sick afterwards.

As I'm entering my mid 20s my body is developing a lower tolerance for junk food...already scared of being old.

If I worked at McDonald's and someone asked for a "McGangBang," I'd take the order then call the police. Dumb. Just say double cheeseburger with a chicken patty.

That much calories, grease and proteins right after running a marathon wouldn't feel good going down.

how can the Filet O Fish sandwich continue to be an item that consumers decide they actually want to put in their bodies?

I understand burgers and fries, the staple of American Fast Food.

    but a "Filet O' Fish" ?

"I think they taste pretty good for being….pretty much a frozen filet…that they cook up there… but the bread is THOOO THOFT and fresh and I really like it."

    The police?

Good luck that with that one.

    "911, what is your emergency?"

"This guy just asked me for a McGangBang!"

"Isn't that the double cheeseburger with a mcchicken in the middle? Those are awesome."

    "WHAT?! Come arrest him!!"

    "Do you work at McDonalds?"

    "Yes."

"So make his order and stop wasting tax payer dollars talking to me."

I love the Filet-o-Fish. I don't eat it as much as I use to, but damn if it's not one of my favorite fast food items. Something about McDonald's tartar sauce makes it delicious. Long John Silver's is the only place with better tartar sauce.

    EDIT: 5,000th post, fools!

Ironically he ate himself to death, much like Julien Offray de La Mettrie.
