I am extremely wishful that Hakeem will come back home and end his career where it started. In the process he can pass his knowledge on to our next great center Yao Ming.

I am anxious to hear if anyone has any information regarding Hakeems situation, and if the Rockets are thinking of pursuing him at all.

Does anyone know anything at all??????????

I can't believe he actually thought he would be more productive there.

Hakeem could teach Yao how to fake an injury when contract negotiations go bad. Or, leave Houston while criticising the organization of which he played under for 15+ years.

I never said that I dislike him, disrespect him, or even mildly peturbed with him. He has never shown an ability to teach or pass on knowledge to any player he played with. His playing ability has waned to the point where he has no business still playing.

I will always respect him and I believe that he is the greatest center ever.

    Just for your info....

I support the uniform regardless of who is in it. Don't ever question my loyality again ...

If Dennis2112 can remain loyal to Rudy T and his horrible coaching skills, then I'm sure as hell that he's loyal to Olajuwon.

Hakeem olajuwon has been credited by Shaquille O'Neal for helping his game =pre 1995. Shaq had and has a home in Houston, and worked out with Dream in Houston during summers. Olajuwon credits Moses Malone with teaching him at Fonde recreational. I do not know if Dream helped anybody else besides Shaq - but he would have a lot to offer.

He would be an excellent big man coach. I expect Toronto will buy out his contract.....

This is one of the biggest myths about Hakeem. It's too bad that Rockets fans buy into it.

It's already been mentioned about Hakeem helping Shaq. Othella Harrington also testifies to being helped and taught by the Dream.

I just recently saw footage of Dream helping N'diaye in Toronto.

Or maybe Hakeem could teach Ming how to deal with a situation when your owner wants to continue to underpay you and plays dirty by spreading untrue rumors about you.
