I'm not sure why they took Brand out, he was giving us problems.

good point...not only does he have to adjust to the physicality of the league but also the three-point line is closer in Euro-ball so its another adjustment. He is a protype European finesse player...great skills and scoring touch..give him at least the half-way point before writing him off completely. Also, he has had flashes of what he's capable of..everyone take a deep breath...

Scola in not in the same league as Landry... its a fact... time to take of the scola-colored glasses... I'm not saying he's not good... but we can get something good on the market for him. Landry needs more minutes... I havent seen him get outplayed except the first game all year... Scola on the other hand...

maybe i got it wrong, but 0-4 is atrocious for a guard.

Why have so many of us got short memories? Ariza is getting pelters yet he was superb against the Cavs.

The Phillys are a team low on confidence, all we have to do is hang around and we'll break their spirit.

    that's another problem, inconsistent play

you're in trouble if your designated scorers are up and down game to game, like AB and Ariza

Scola is still better defensively imo..he can box out better and outrebounds landry. His offensive has lagged some recently but I think opposing teams are also double-teaming him more. He'll have to adjust for sure. Landry is great, no doubt..but there is something to be said about having a guy like him provide an energy boost off the bench..I think it is valid to wonder what Landry's numbers would be like against primarily starters vs. bench players (not saying that he would be worse..but its a valid question). Also, I like Adelman's plan of letting Scola start and Landry finish...it keeps teams guessing.

Yeah ... I was a little surprised when Worrell/Bullard said that Ariza-Iggy was like looking in the mirror. I like Ariza... maybe he'll get there, but not the same player right now.
