Koufos, Armstrong agreed, Ukic, Jones are scrubs, and Milicic could be a player if put in the right situation a la next to Yao.

both starter on their respective teams, Noah is the top rebounder in the league, hardly undervalued but Sefalosha fits Morey's player's profile.

Undervalued or not, I think JR Smith could be an all-star on our squad...

The entire first page of responses pretty much was horrible in regards to what the original poster was actually looking for, but it's getting closer.

It's generally players that give you those "What the hell" moments when we acquire them. Like drafting another undersized big man (Carl Landry). Or trading for Kyle Lowry, when basically the entire Clutchfans forums thought we were getting screwed (pretend you weren't one of those people, but the original thread was ridiculous with angry posters).

I watch too much Rockets basketball and not enough NBA as a whole to know where these players lie for the Rockets, but I think guys are starting to get a lot closer with the Hilton Armstrong type.

    My list:

    **** Jared Dudley

    1. Rajon Rondo

    2. Brook Lopez

    3. Andray Blatche

    4. Kendrick Perkins

    5. Ronnie Brewer

    6. Dahntay Jones

    7. Anthony Morrow

    8. Louis Amundson

Morey would get Dudley in a heartbeat if he could.

Jeff Green - Good multi-tool player who Morey admires.

    1. For good reason!

    2. I do not recognize that player, who could that be?

Wasn't trying to. He makes about a million, a little over a year, doesn't get much playing time with Webster, Batum, Roy, and Outlaw in the rotation, plus Morey was clearly after him in the '07(?) draft.

He has size, good hands to dribble, a perimeter shot and quickness at getting to the basket. I was basing my list on the guys that can make a great contribution that make little or less than they should.

I think these two are overvalued.

nice list, but Amundson IMO is a scrub. DA is much better than him.

I like this list much better, but some of the players are playing significant roles on their respective teams, Marvin Williams, Ryan Anderson, Marc Gasol, DJ Augustin, Mickael Pietrus, Jose Juan Barea, Dahntay Jones, Martell Webster. I think Morey would LOVE Gasol and the size and the strength he would bring, I don't see Memphis wanting to trade him though.

I always thought Iguadala was undervalued, until the last couple of years.
