If the Rockets are conducting activities that are against NBA rules they should do it with a higher regard for privacy. There should be only four or five people aware of an illegal contract negotitiation IF it is occuring. Answer: The Rockets were having meetings with these people in the Rockets offices within earshot of every office administrator and mail room boy in the building. This site, its posters, and Clutch should be aware that if there are any bad repercussions that occur it is because the Rockets were sloppy with their business. If "everyone does it so why don't we" thing applies then they need to be more careful. If it never happened and Popeye's sources let him down then who cares.
