Man. I wish all sports stories were from google translator. They're so much more entertaining.

    "Rockets soldiers." Love it.

The Rockets soldiers continue forward with ball basket in which management look onward. Battier hit top McGrady face after audience saw insolence in “one-bull’s” eye. Tracy and sore butt tomorrow sit on bench facing wall.

    Thanks for the video.

The surgery was on his left knee, right? On the dunk, he pushes off his left leg for the first step but goes for the lefty dunk of his right leg. His reverse layup on Cook did come off his left leg.

he's still not fully there. but this video is definitely more encouraging b/c he's able to finish. i wish he would dunk with more force but it was for fun so...

anyways, how come the chinese covers the rockets better than the chron?

yeah but tracy has always been able to do that, it's hayes had no shot at blocking that dunk because he dunked with his left hand, tracy's body was between hayes and the ball. The layup I have no idea but in my opinion he dunked off his right because it was the best decision not because he was favoring everything, his movements were way too fluid in my opinion.

Last year, he was going LEFT all season long. Every time he had a chance to drive he did it to his left so that he could jump off his left leg.

I can't say he is 100% confident yet, but at least now the defender doesn't know which way he is gonna go. He can go right as well.

No wonder they don't want to play Tracy if he's making his team mates cry during practice

Sooo....why do we have to see this footage from a Chinese website? The Chronicle has seriously got to be the worst newspaper of any major city in the US. They clinched this honor in style by continuing to give Dickie Injustice a paycheck to write his drivel.

This is definitely a more encouraging video than the last one I saw. He actually made a shot this time. I am glad to see him looking like he is having a good time out there with the other guys too. He always comes across as such a loner and it would be cool to see him bond with the team if he is going play with them. But then again, it is hard to say what really goes on behind closed doors.

While it is encouraging, one and one isn't the way NBA GAMES are played. I want to see what Mac can do when the defense collapses on him and Dwight Howard is standing in front of the basket. Still even with that said at least he looks to be moving ok.

IF he comes back and plays (and I hope he doesn't) I really hope he doesn't try to shoot himself back into a rhythm. Even with his current level of athleticism shown in these videos he can still be very, very effective if he plays the right way. My fear is that he tries to force things and ends up putting up some embarrassing 4/19 performances while trying to regain his scoring touch. Based on what I see in the videos he is healthy enough to be an offensive threat and a decent defender but nowhere near an elite level scorer. He needs to accept that.

By moving the ball, being patient and taking quality shots there is no reason the guy I see on these videos could not give the Rockets 18/6/6 on 43%+ shooting.

Since when do you go left and jump off the left leg? If you go left you're jumping of the right leg...You dont jump of the same leg as the hand you're finishing with..,you can, but you're not going to do it all the time....he went left to jump off his right leg, which is the healthy one......
