Resign Steve Francis to take Tmac's place?

With the recent developments of Iverson returning to his first team, the 76'ers, I think we owe to resign perhaps the best players in our history, Steve Francis. I think he will be able to raise already high attendance and give the Rockets a much needed scoring and LEADERSHIP boost. I say a 4.5 mil/year deal sounds about good. Geaux Rockets!!!!
