http://www.tvguide.com/50th/features/020715a.asp I tell ya, Cop Rock was definitely one of the most underrated shows of all time. Not suprisingly, about seven or eight of these are spinoffs from popular shows (Brady Bunch Hour, Hee Haw Honeys)

The only one I semi-disagree with is Howard Stern, assuming they're talking about the E! version of the show. If it's the crap they did on CBS, then yeah, that was pretty bad; though I'd disagree with that being worse than the utter dungheaps that are ranked near that show. Baby Bob really stands out in my mind of deserving of this list. It's ranked far too low... gotta be #4 on that list. Chevy Chase... as if we needed to be reminded. What a fabulously frightening, yet hilarious list!
Cop Rock!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA just the premise of that show is enough to make you say, "that show is gonna suck!"
I have to say that Still the Beaver wasn't one of the worst. It was so insane it was good. In the so bad it's good category is Hello Larry.
Here's one not on the list. Back in the mid-80's there was a cop show on called 'Hawaiian Heat'. The premise, I believe, was two big-city cops transferring to Hawaii and wackiness ensuing....the only other thing worth remembering is a bikini-clad Tracy Scoggins in every other scene.
Mama's Family is listed in a flash featurette called "What Were We Thinking" that lists shows that were bashed by critics but managed to become popular. Go to the front page and click on the little link that says "duds" and you should find it... As for me, I'd have to agree on Jerry Springer... Most of the shows were before my time. The only show on that list that I've watched besides Springer was the XFL. I do remember Woops! was about a nuclear disaster that killed off the entire human race except for five or six people...I guess that show was doomed, since it would be kind of difficult to have guest stars...
Hey! I actually liked Unhappily Ever After. Yes, it was a Married With Children clone, but once they killed off the wife, the show got a whole lot better (and kooky). Plus, it never took itself seriously (poked fun at itself and the network all the time, a la Simpsons), and the random hot girls they put on the show for no reason, whatsoever, was great. And Nikki Cox? Hello..... Baywatch Nights was pretty bad. Homeboys in Outer Space was unwatchable. However, the "Worst... Show... Ever..." championship title belt belongs to Suddenly Susan. Brooke Shields should be shot on sight if she so much as steps onto a sitcom set again.
Man, some of those shows sound like a list from the Simpsons... Hi, I'm Troy McClure. You might remember me from such television series as... Hee Haw Honeys, She's the Sherff and The Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeiffer.
I remember She's the Sherriff and it was bad. It was kinda like the redneck version of Barney Miller without the occasional funny dialogue. Speaking of Barney. I don't really get the inclusion of Barney and Friends in the list. I mean I am no fan of Barney but if you look at that list there show in the group that is aimed at toddlers. I mean if you wanted to put bad shows in that list i could give you several that rival Barney as terrible (i.e. any teen show on NBC saturday mornings, and teletubbies). I have a 2 year old that loves Barney. And that is my point. The show is aimed at toddlers not at writers making this list so they shouldn't really include a show that appeals to its target audience. CK
How could America's Funniest HV, America's Funniest People, Big Brother, Survivor, and all of the other reality crap not make this list? Stern and The Tom Grren Show don't belong here.
It was funny. No way should it be on this list, especially not #5. There were far worse shows. Charles in Charge 21 Jumpstreet After Mash Many more here: http://www.geocities.com/badtelevision/already.html
