Translation: Rick Adelman: Trevor Ariza is not who we thought he COULD be...we need T-mac as long as he's cooperative.

Great news. As hypocritical as it is for Tracy to feel out of the loop with medical decisions, I'm happy to hear that there is a more positive attitude regarding him around the locker room.

No matter what your opinions of T-Mac, him being humble and working his way back into the lineup according to Adelman's guidance and being in his good graces is good for the Rockets.

This makes the whole situation somewhat easier to understand. Although I find it odd that Adelman basically said that he stayed out of the whole situation prior to the 23rd of November to let Morey and the medical staff deal with T-Mac and his injury. Sounds like his actions were a mirror image of Tracy announcing his surgery through the media. Well it appears that cooler heads are going to prevail and that player and coach are going to be on the same page in regard to getting back on the court. Don't know when the date is going to be, But I am looking forward to it. A HEALTHY T-Mac makes this HOUSTON ROCKET TEAM BETTER.....

To me, it looks like he will come back at the latest, the 26th of this month. Earliest, the 11th.

26th because they might be dodging the back to back games.
