As I said before, it's perfectly fine to do it during a time-out/pre-game, but this guy is doing DURING A PLAY.

Imagine dribbling the ball up the court and seeing some clown dancing on the sideline.

Hell, I remember Jordan, Pippen, and Ron Harper doing it during their game 3 blowout of the Jazz in the '98 FINALS.

I really dont feel too strongly about LeBron one way or another (personality-wise), but I recognize haters when I see them. This whining **** is getting ridiculous.

It's just LeBron being LeBron. Just like Ron being Ron and Manny being Manny, etc.

i'd like to see if jordan was ever dancing in the sideline...even in the finals, at most in a blowout if they are cracking jokes and sitting there, but literally dancing around like a moron, utter and such apparent disrespect, i doubt it

No thanks, I rather win without LeBron than with him.

This moron can't shake hands after getting his ass beat in the playoffs but he can mock the other team every time his team is winning.

but if you watch the video it was obvious that the bulls were gonna call a timeout so LeBron seem to be aware of that.

Fine carry on if you are going to but then don't get all precious when someone gives you a bit of lip and walk from the free throw line over to the bench. It's the double standard with him that makes me I guess a 'Lebron hater' because apparently you either have his jersey, log onto ESPN every day to read and watch him or you are a 'hater'. Ask me the top 3 players in the NBA and he is there but just like KG while I am happy to admit they are good players I think both are douches.

Once again while fine do what you can to pump up your imagine, sure it makes you more money. If you are going to try and make sure you are the center of attention all game don't cry when someone says something to you and go walk over to the bench like he's going to do something when obviously he wouldn't, he knows people would get between them. It's just he wanted to make sure everyone knew someone wasn't being nice to the 'golden child'. Look at MJ and Kobe when they get a bit of verbal, the give it back with their mouth and their skills on the court.

Because he's Lebron James. He is a little cocky but highly competitive.

Lebron is annoying. I knew I wouldn't like him after I saw that "King James" ink on his back.

Like other posters have said, I would not like to have him on the Rockets. Just like I wouldn't like Kobe on here either.

I have followed the Bulls since long before Jordan, and especially all the playoff games they were involved with him, and I don't ever recall them taunting any of their opponents, much less dancing. They could have done that when they knocked off the Pistons but they were pure class in handling their wins and losses. Please don't dishonor those Bulls just to prove a point for Mr. James, who is not even worthy of being put in the same sentence as those great Bulls players.

Since this thread got updated in the GARM, I thought I'd add Jalen Rose's comments into the mix from this morning on ESPN FirstTake. Rose and Skip Bayless were discussing on 1st and 10 whether LeBron James showboats too much.

Jalen started off by saying, and this is basically an exact quote...

"The first kid in that video, from UNC, Danny Green, needs to sit down and shut up. He had issues with showboating in college but he got it done then. He needs to sit down until he does something."

First of complaining about someone dancing (when esp. when LBJ wasn't even looking at their direction) is like a bratty little kid calling the teacher because he couldn't take the other kid's teasing.

Maybe if LBJ was doing something KG-ish like staring down the Bulls or taunting the crowd Noah would have a leg to stand on, but LBJ was just dancing and minding his own business. If you want him to stop dancing then blowout his team, he probably won't be dancing then. LBJ dancing is a celebratory antic more than a disrespecting one, just like when Artest starts flexing or when Tmac makes though "you can't touch me" faces.

Yeah sure Jordan never taunted anyone, never even talked trash, and he invited opponents to have tea parties after each game.

Jordan called Chamillionaire a *****, and they weren't even playing, just having a normal conversation at the time. You think he won't trashtalk and taunt his opponents during games?

Yup. Pretty much the same way I feel.

I mean, I can't take something like 'I wouldn't want LeBron on the Rockets' seriously. You have a chance to take one of the best players in the game - and the only 'off the court' trouble he gives you is dancing - and you don't do it, you are the definition of 'hater'.

Hell, I can't stand Kobe's smug/cocky look after he hits a bucket, but you'd be a moron not to want him taking (and making) those big shots for the Rockets on their way to winning titles.

    Also:

LOL. I consider Jordan the greatest ever, but he was even talking trash during his Hall Of Fame acceptance speech.

count me in the camp of WHO F'ING CARES?

beat Lebron if you want him to stop dancing. He didn't dance on the sidelines during the game--that was as a timeout was being called (and pregame, and during timeouts). Who cares? He can do what he wants. He's doing it with his teammates. He's not going to the Bulls' bench and doing it.

And yeah, he did a little 10 second thing after that foul...big freakin deal. Are you kidding? A 5-10 second thing after a foul.. and that's cause for complaining?

What's funny is that some of you are saying it's ok to pose for a dunk or whatever.. why is that any different? Do something on the court for fun or cause you're passionate about the game...why does it matter after what it occurs?

And yes, I have no problem with Lebron talking back to Noah. Lebron was initially asking what he was talking about. And then Noah was talking sht, and Lebron went over to him. Big deal.. I don't have a problem with anything that occurred. If anything, Noah should shut up cause he needs to take his loss and win before talking. But really, I get why he's upset...his team is getting their asses handed to them. It's upsetting. You'll look for any excuse to get pissed at the other team, and he found one. Fine, no big deal..

But to find a way to hate so much on Lebron is ridiculous..
