Or to do the one I talked about twice on each date and calculate the difference date-to-date rather than take the numbers for what they are, right?

Ummm, I'm honestly getting the feeling that you're irritated and I don't want to get irritated about that. Thanks for the help though honestly, I'll look up other places.

    Thanks

No. If it is a bad way to measure then it is a bad way. It uses electrical resistance which can change for reasons other than all they reasons it claims.

Actually, your diet kind of sucks if you want real results. And you haven't said what kind of training you are doing. I bet it's not squats and deadlifts.

If you want real results, eat real food and google one of these two programs: "westside for skinny bastards" or "stronglifts 5x5".

If you want to go simpler, you can go with www.simplefit.org.

    Or buy some kettlebells.

But it's going to come down to eating real food, working out really intensely, and getting lots of rest. Notice that all of the recommended programs above will focus on exercises that move your body through a large range of motion - not isolation exercises.

If you put in the effort, you can get great results without drugs - just stop with the weak crap about "my bodytype and racial heritage holds me back". Man up!

Heh - someone else who knows.

I should thank Mathloom - he inspired me to wake up and do some kettlebell swings this morning. Hard work, dedication and *persistence* will get you anywhere.
