Starting DE for UF out for this weekend. That's gotta hurt. FYI...here's the 2009 standings for the Fulmer Cup. Schools get points based on type of arrest. Seems there is a problem in many places...
Where did I say that? I'm pretty sure I actually used the word "problem" in the context that it's more widespread than you'd like to believe. USF had a player that actually pistol whipped 3 people.
Both disappointing and infuriating. I hate hearing UF involved in sh** like this. He's an incredible dumb ass for doing it, especially since he's one of the highest profile players on the team. Urban kicked out our best defensive player in our 2006 championship run, hopefully we'll survive this one too.
I guess reading comprehension isn't something required to get a degree from Rice. But being a student there is all you need to not get arrested for suspicion of DWI if pulled over by campus police. All you get is a slap on the wrist and a ride home.
Why so bitter bigtexxx? Clearly you have a chip on your shoulder. Where is this trauma coming from? Let it go man.
Perhaps then all schools should ban collegiate athletics so that we make sure that no team has anyone with a criminal record. Or should only UT adopt this policy to appease you, oh great bigtarddd?
I went to a bar last year and watched Florida University or FU Gainesville as I call it play a very subpar game against Ole Miss. Now they have an obvious problem with recruiting thugs and other social outcasts, a very poor reflection on their overall state. Anyway, I went away from that thinking FU Gainesville is not a top 100 FBS program.
" I hope Dunlap did not try an eye gouge the cop who arrested him or he may have to sit out half the game." (posted by an Alabama fan on foxsports)
Clearly coach Meyer should do what all coaches with star players who get in trouble do: suspend him...for the first series of downs this Saturday...to teach him and the other players a lesson. He needs to be made an example of so this doesn't happen again.
What is that, 28 arrests in Meyer's tenure? See this is why he couldn't coach at Notre Dame. Not because of the lack of control; there just simply aren't enough jails in South Bend to house his players.
