hate golf. love tiger. i don't care how it happened, just hope he comes through and returns to his normal self.
That extra period did you in. Only exclamation or question marks in thread titles!?!? First, I assume he has a large property with a long driveway. He hit a hydrant, so it must be right outside his property. Maybe he hit it trying to avoid another car as he tried to leave. Probably hit the hydrant, water was gushing underneath the car, and he hit the gas in a panic to get out of it, and hit the tree.
Man, that is bizarre. I thought Tiger was so image/health conscious didn't even drink. Marital troubles etc? Just crazy. On the other hand, I can't believe rich and famous people get into to so much DUI trouble (if indeed that is what this is) - my god, get a freaking driver or call a car, it's not that hard. EDIT: they just said released from the hospital on CBS.
CBS just said he was released from the hospital for facial lacerations, no alcohol involved, charges pending.
Yeah, I'm not buying this story. You don't get seriously injured backing into something unless you're 80 years old. Something else happened here.
Good that he was released from the hospital and is okay. I remember Sean Taylor died on this date 2 years ago.
