"I'm sitting here thinking 'Do I have to go in attack mode like I was two years ago to get us over this hump?' I hope not. I hope we're strong enough mentally that we can get over this."

is this dude serious? 39% fg, with FOUR turnovers a game. with the weapons he has, he should average 8-9 assists a game, not 6.

Do i have to go into attack mode LOL.

Thats like when somebody says i was just playing with you that time after you beat them in 21.

Or when Tmac came back to win a game (cant remeber who we played) an he said "I had to impose my will"...

the problem is arenas has zero midrange/post game in his arsenal. all he really is is either a 3pt shooter (or long jumpshooter) or penetrate. he can't be as effective as he was before. hell, most of his assists are simply pass offs when guys curl around screens and he just stands there.

Give the man a break, I'm sure he is having a hard time right now. I would not even show my face, let alone play basketball if the would knew that Shaq was piping my pregnant fiance...

I have always though Arenas to be a bit overrated. SF3>Gilbert imo...

Give him a break, he went obviously through a lot of things and experienced the bad side of the medias. There's no Agent Zero, no more funny jokes and blog posts. I miss that, I'm a fan of Gil just because of his dedication for basketball, a lot of players would simply quit with those kind of injuries

Uh, if AB reached the level of play of Arenas, that'd be a very, very good thing.
