Dang, the guy is just having a good time being in a city where he's able to really let his personality shine. It's really not a big deal.
You forgot about the #1 draft pick (bust) they traded for who smashed a cake in an old man's face as he walked down the sidewalk.
I thought it was funny how he was like "aight ima put on my shirt now" and fails to do it like 4 times.
Artest is ten times funnier than Rodman. I actually think Artest comes off really personable in that interview, Rodman just comes off as a complete nut most of the time.
But when the dude talks, it seems like he has no clue what he's saying. To go into the mind of Ron Artest....that would be freaking scary.
He seems like he knew what he was saying. Don't hate, I'm actually enjoying the things he's doing. LA is perfect for him.
LOL a lot of you guys need to chill out. stop hating. that was funny sure he could be an attention w****, be he's funny, there's nothing wrong with that stop hating
If you look into Artest's numbers, he's better than last year's Ariza in almost all but FG% category. He's a much better passer and he can lead the 2nd unit. He also addresses the bigger SFs (Pierce, LBJ, Melon) that Ariza is too thin to defend well. Give you MLE, you can't find a better fit for Lakers in the league.
i'd rather have players having that Ron-Ron personality then always being serious, i know, it would give a bad rep to the league.. but **** that
i dont really care about all his antics or whatever but the fact that he walked into the laker locker room to talk to kobe about being a laker next year during the playoff series against the rockets?? That part bothers me, no wonder he played so poorley, he probably agreed to suck so that the lakers will win and sign him next year.
