I get the feeling that Iverson will 'TURN HIMSELF IN' today or
    tomorrow.

    This is not downing him
but just another example of Privilege that stars get
If this was any ole bum . .. They'd be kicking in his door
down and toss his place. Iverson probably somewhere
in a hotel room getting coached on what to say and what
    not to say.

Then at the Arreignment [sp?] They will say . . .well he TURNED HIMSELF IN . . . he is cooperation . . . please take that into consideration . . and he will get that consideration . . . .

Also . . . Iverson will got turn hisself in . . .and be out in about
an hour. Anyone else arrested would be sitting in a cell for
about 4 hours BEFORE THEY ARE EVEN BOOKED!! . . .Then another
4 before they can get a bail set. . . then another 4 AFTER BAIL
HAS BEEN POSTED . . . So unless you a star . .. no matter if you got the bail money in your pocket at the time of arrested. . .you still gonna be there for about 12 hours!!!

Allen Iverson was ordered to stay on the grounds of his $2.4 million home until next week, when his lawyer returns from Europe to defend him on charges he forced his way into his cousin's apartment with a gun.

The NBA star will be charged with assault and other offenses, prosecutors said Thursday. He will be permitted to surrender to police Tuesday. Until then, he must remain inside his suburban mansion, Police Commissioner Sylvester Johnson said.

"If Iverson is seen on the street or out partying, we will arrest him," Johnson said.

    I should be so lucky

This reminds me of when Dr. Dre was on house arrest in the early 90s... he had a bracelet around his leg and couldn't leave his home... so he invited all of his friends over everday for HUGE a$$ parties!!! talk about a punishment, huh?

Funny you say that Drapg. They had some video tape of him in and around his house this morning on CNN.

Him talking to some lady, some guys playing basketball. A few dozen people around him.

They'll be rockin' in his estate for at least 4 more nights.

I think this is ridiculous. They are letting him stay at home until his attorney gets back? What a joke, if they evidence to charge him they should put him in jail and let one of his friends post bail and then wait until his attorney gets back from vacation.
