Anyone notice a rash of 1st time posters in the last 2 days? Vancouver_Dude stirring up trouble, potweed with his "take" on the Swift/Miles scenarios, and ME123 with his "conversation" with Rashard Lewis. Two with no visible email addresses and one with a hotmail account. Gentlemen, I submit to you that all 3 likely have free email accounts and that 1, 2, or in all likelihood 3 are none other than... okay, maybe not, but on a slow day, it's nice to think about. ------------------
I thought that would happen when I posted. To be honest with you I already have a Username on this BBS. I have been a member since around September last year. This was just a one time post with this other username. I just wanted to do this anonymously. Normally, I read all the posts but hardly post myself. And I didnt want to have any slack coming toward me if he ended up in Houston or something else happened. I Honestly saw, and talked to Rashard at Roger's Park in the West End of Beaumont. Everything I wrote was 100% true. The reason I posted it was because I was surprised he was getting beat BADLY by a player that went Undrafted a few years ago. And I was surprised to hear he AND his friends admit that he was the luckiest guy around, due to being drafted, etc. With all the talk before of hopefully signing him, and all the questions about Why the ROckets passed him three times in the draft, I thought that if HIS own friends thought of him as LUCKY for being in the NBA then maybe the ROckets made a smart move afterall. Remember the ROcks were able to see him in More High School games than other teams just due to the fact that he was in Houston in High School. I can post it again under my normal UserName if need be. However, I have NO idea who Vancouver_Dude or potweed are. ------------------
Don't worry. With the tracking abilities we have, you'd have to be a franking idiot to think you could get away with something like that.
What thread is the Lewis material on? I doubt Seattle lets him go. If there is serious talk of landing him, I don't think we can clear upwards of $7,000,000 in cap space.
That's okay, I've got a million of them. Conspiracy Theory #124: This is an attempt to get a story on ESPN about the web site and whether or not a fan posting can lead to official action by the NBA. All this in an effort to make the site more ridiculously popular than it already is thereby bringing a new suitor to purchase CLUTCHCITY.NET while the site moves on to CLUTCHCITY.CC. ------------------
