Phoenix will be 9-3 after tonight! During a radio interview DM mentioned that he looked forward to and was excited about the Phoenix game. I am too. It will be a very fast, high scoring game... Rox by 3.
Should be a good game! We should play Andersen 20 minutes (or so) - Phx don't have a low post bruiser who'll push him around down low. Gotta make sure we step out on Frye and keep J-Rich in check. Chuck on Stoudemire will be interesting!
It's gonna be nice to see the Rockets beat the team with the nba's best record. Nash can't hold brooks but visa versa. Hayes should be able to slow down Amare. I got rockets winning by 2.
Hope our team will be prepared tonight, if we play like we did with the Lakers, we have a very high chance of actually winning. If we could beat the Lakers we can beat the Suns too. We'll see..
This is our opportunity to Josh Howard the Suns by going supersmall with Ariza defending Frye on the perimeter, Hayes on Amare in the post, Battier on Richardson, Brooks/Lowry on Nash, and Budinger on Grant Hill. I am concerned that if we try to defend Frye with Hayes on the perimeter that Frye is going to be able to nail 3's over Hayes' head. This also leaves Scola vulnerable against Amare on the interior and leaves Ariza stuck in the corner watching Hill stand out there while Battier and Brooks/Lowry lock down on Nash/JRich. Whoever shoots the 3 bal bestl and plays the best transition defense is going to score the most points.

I haven't watched a suns game this season but I know they are 9-2. Do they actually play defense this season or is offense just over-powering all of their opponents.?
I believe Brooks had his best game last year against the Suns. I think if Brooks has another 30 pt game this forum will go crazy.
this is exactly one of the reasons we wanted andersen. he can step outside and guard 3 point shooting centers or forwards like dirk,okur,or barganii(the guy on the raptors), something almost impossible with yao and really difficult with scola. so i'd expect andersen to play alot of minutes tonight.
