Yea its looking like Russell NFL career might not last too long. There's only one thing you can say about him at this point of his career he sucks.

 

I thought he would 'get it' and turn it around at some point
but
I think I have to give up hope.

The Cowboys are down 17-0 with no timeouts and 2 min left in the 4th quarter yet Romo is still in the game. He just got drilled a couple of plays ago. I wonder what their coaching staff is thinking.

In the NFL, almost every QB is in the game to the end in games they are clearly going to lose unless they get benched for performance reasons. There's nothing unusual about that.

 

I thought the same thing with him. But after watching him play I think its pretty clear dude just doesn't have what it takes to be a good QB or even a OK one. I think if you replaced him with Tom Brady he would still suck.

 

Really? Football isn't my thing but I could've sworn I've seen plenty of times where teams go to backups in lost causes. I guess I was wrong.
