    WOOT!

For all the drum & bass fans here (Bueller? Anyone?), they're playing my song on the Fabio & Grooverider show on BBC Radio 1 this Saturday night starting at 8 PM ET.

They basically pick out a demo sent in that they like and critique it on air. Hopefully they dig it. This is the song they'll be playing: Myspace.

    Great and good luck.

Anybody graduating from the garage gets my vote!

(or has spent 30 years in the garage like me  )

Thanks for the well wishes folks!

Tonight was the night. He said my name, read the correct info of off my Myspace, said the name of my song. He got all of that right!

AND THEN PLAYED A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SONG. Ugghhh...Whomever that song belonged to is probably pissed off too. I don't want credit (they gave it pretty positive reviews), I just want to hear their honest opinion of my song. That and to actually hear my original music on a worldwide radio station for my 3 minutes of fame.

Oh well. I emailed, IM'd, Facebooked (is that a verb?) the show, so maybe I'll get a second chance next week. The show producer I've been in contact with seems like a really nice guy, so hopefully he'll get it sorted. Time to drink (some more).

As they say in the UK, GUTTED.

Man, what bad luck! At least you got that much broadcast, more than most could ever hope for. (hey, I'm really searching for a silver lining. This sucks!)

Wow man, that really really sucked. Hope you can work something out with the show producer. It's their mistake anyway so I'd think chances are something will work out. Good luck.
