Sweet. But seriously, is there no end to the remakes? Is there any creativity left in Hollywood? I loved the original though, and will likely like this movie as well.
the original was epic. so was that trailer. btw, the Prince of Persia trailer was awesome too. i'm praying these movies aren't a let down.
No stop motion? Should have instead made the sequel that never went into production. Force of the Titans?
love the original I dont know if its out in HD yet I rented the HD version from xbox marketplace and it looked a lot better than that dvd (despite being an old movie) I dont know I am not a huge fan of remakes unless they are done proper so like GRENDAL i am being cautious with this one. I first saw this movie when I was in 6th grade in school and the teacher just rented the copy from BB and it had all the nudity and all everyone started giggling and laughing I remember him saying "Oh cmon we all can be mature about this"
I really like the casting of Liam Neeson as Zeus, but filling Laurence Olivier's shoes isn't an easy task.
No creativity in Hollywood. They should of just made a God of War movie. The story is there. Just cast Vin Diesel as Kratos and follow the game. Easy as pie .
he became the frost bank tower in downtown austin... tiresome remakes aside, the movie looks cool. but hopefully the soundtrack isnt all that dude-rock stuff like the preview had. does...not...fit.
They are making a God of War movie. It looks pretty good, but it could have done without the hard rock soundtrack...that takes the epicness out of it for me.
what's with all these sudden complaints over the choice of background music detracting from a contemporary movie-maker's take on an old historic/epic story...? wasn't 99% of the board here enamored with 300...?
