After I reinstalled windows on my computer now all the words look blurry like somebody wrote the letters with an ink pen that's about to run out ink. I tried to fix it by adjusting the resolution but that just made it worst.

do you have another display available?

I'd troubleshoot and try another display to rule things out.

yea isolating the problem is the first step. another display or connector cable would be a good place to start, or i guess connecting the same display to a different computer. Double checking ur cables are in all the way. But if all you changed was re-installing windows I would start by double checking your resolution settings. If all this fails, and you can verify there is nothing wrong with the monitor, you will want to download the drivers for the monitor and video card again.

You may want to calibrate you monitor. Access the page above, try to center the image on the screen, then hit the "auto" button on your monitor. That site has some other tools for calibration, but that page is my guess.

Did you enable Cleartype? Right Click empty area on desktop. Display Properties click Effects, its the second scroll down box.
