Bad... Very very bad. I want to think we just got unlucky and missed shots we made in the 1st half, but what the ****, we went into half-court and started posting up Andersen... Really?
To be killing them in the first half.... just seemed the Rockets lost their mojo, and quick. Time to be concerned yet about Shane Battier's offense? Really having a rough start to the season.
What a strange game. Adelman sometimes leaves me scratching my head. Here are a few things I'm confused about: -Why was Chuck never put on Dirk when he caught fire? -Why did we keep insisting on iso'ing Trevor? -Why did we keep insisting on posting up Trevor? -Why did Brooks stop being aggressive? -Why didn't Adelman try to put at least Brooks back with the bench unit when the Rockets cut the lead to ten on the Mavs? So many questions that are sure to be left unanswered. I can't stand losing this game since we were winning by 17, but oh well life goes on. Next game.

I'm not worried about this lost at all. It's good to have these type of games happen early in the season.
i think having DA in there so long disrupted the flow the others had the last few games....the whole offense looked awkward out there at times... and well no chuck means not as much D.....Landry needs to rebound better or the rockets are just going to build him up until he's valuable eough to trade...
Some people might still think Yao is not important to this team after freaking Dampier collected 14/20 against Rockets. Mavs got layups all game long.
Eh, just 1 game, and a loss to (most likely) a playoff team... again, which some people question if we can even make the playoffs. That gigantic offensive drought and resulting turnaround was hard to stomach though. Either way, we're still above .500, and there are still 75 more games to go... Also, I really hope the guy that bet on cutting his fingers off on this game wasn't serious...
What were we thinking? Brooks never got a shot to close the gap. Ariza was ice cold. Battier was off. Ugh hard to watch.
I missed the first half ...and obviously that was the only part worth watching. Eric Dampier dominated us. Seriously.
