Last night, some friends and I got to talking about cartoons from the 80's. We found that we favored the same shows, but couldn't remember what some of them were called.

So in the hopes of nostalgia and fun I've started this thread. Any more "what the hell was that cartoon called" queries are welcome. :)

    1) ???: This show was about a kid that hung out with a pair of koala bears from another dimension. The koalas hung out in a eucalyptus tree in the yard and every now and then the kid(s) would get to go on a wacky adventure on the koala's homeworld. It was shown on Nickelodeon.

    2) ???: I don't remember much at all about this show except that it also featured koala characters and was shown on Nickelodeon. I only remember animal characters, but the only one that really stands out was an older guy that always wore a scarf concealing his face a la Wilson from Home Improvement.

    3) ???: This show came on USA and was about two rival groups of dinosaurs from outerspace. It was NOT Dino Riders or Denver The Last Dinosaur. The bad guys were led by a red T-Rex guy and I think the good guys were herbivores for the most part.

    4) ???: Another Nickelodeon show, this time about a girl that lived on a tiny moon-like planet and rode comets around the galaxy in search of far-out adventures. My friend says the main character was a little boy and the show was called The Little Prince but I could've sworn that it was a girl...

    5) ???: Yet another Nickelodeon show(now you know where my childhood went), this one came on at five in the morning and seemed to have a more serious tone and definite continuity within the series. All I remember is that it took place on another planet and was like a cross between Dune and SW Episode One.

My apartment is infested with Koala bears! It is the cutest infestation ever! When I turn the light on, a bunch of Koala bears scatter, and I don't want em to, you know?

I don't remember any of those cartoons.

Tom and Jerry was and still is my favorite cartoon. My favorite episode of all time came on last week -- the one where Tom gets pissed off at Jerry for drinking his milk, and so he spikes it with a bunch of chemicals, but when Jerry drinks the milk it makes him into a super strong mouse...

    Good times.

Awesome site!!! Thanks for the link Finn*!

It's only confirmed "The Little Prince" so far but it looks like a big enough archive to keep me up all night. :)

Yeah, Mitch is the funniest man alive. Saw him last week here in Austin. Didn't do the koala bear joke, but he has a lot of new material apart from the clips available with the file sharing...he's coming to the Laff Stop in Houston again later this month. I'm gonna have to make the roadie down there again.

Through BobFinn*'s link and some searching last night I found most of them...

    1) Noozles- Thanks, dragp!

    2) The Adventures of the Little Koala

    3) Dinosaucers- Wasn't Land of the Lost a live-action show, Eddie?

    4) The Little Prince

Still have yet to find anything on 5 though... Oh well.

What was that Disney cartoon about talking bears (not Gummy Bears), all I remember is it was set in some fantasy land. The 'evil' character was a crocodile, and the only characters name I remember was called "Hopopotumus", and she was always singing. There was a taxi driving tiger-like creature who was a bit 'goofy'. The show was called the Wizzles, or Wuzzles or something. Any help would be very err....helpfull.
Oh, and I heard there is gonna be a new He-Man Cartoon made. Anyone else heard about this?
