I've been reading with interest the saga of the body of the late Ted Williams. His son is going to freeze him in the hopes of bringing him back when there is a cure or to sell his DNA.

My idea: Can we freeze Cato until we find a cure? I mean, the guy has all the tools and the body for the NBA. I'm just thinking once we figure out whatever is wrong with him just thaw him out, slap his number 13 back on and watch him dominate.

Common guys, for all we know, Cato's workin out too right now. Maybe he's in Atlanta workin out rather than Houston?

I've been a big Cato supporter, because, if at his best, he's exactly what this team nneds (aside from Odom). But honestly, he has to show something or he's losing one of his few remaining supporters.

The answer is simple...we must thaw Kelvin out before the season starts. Anybody got a blow torch?

    Sane,

A buddy of mine saw him near in his neighborhood just the other day. He said it looked like he was moving or helping someone move into a nice townhome. (Gulp, no pics...)

To be honest, I'm not anti-Cato. I think he make a terrific backup center. The problem is he's paid starters money and can't meet those expectations.

Cato would like this idea. He would still get paid while doing completely nothing.

Freeze Cato? No way its impossible---Cato's first name used to be Celsius, but he got to hot for that so he changed it to Kelvin. No one works harder, is a better leader, or a better member of the community than Kelvin "ice breaka" Cato.

cato is a great center. there is no credit given to him. he should be frozen, so maybe future generations will be able to truly appreciate his game.

I think we should shackle him to Cuttino during the offseason. That way, Cato can show up to training camp in mid-season shape too.

Say what you will about Cato but, his defensive game will be better than Yao Ming's.

Cato will rape Ming for atleast this year by just bodying up on him. Hopefully having his lunch eaten by the Catomic bomb will push Ming into the weight room. On another note, didn't Ming only score like 6 points last night and get torched against Chris Antsey?
