I like them more than our current jersey's but less than the championship ones. I think there's a bit too much yellow in the shorts, it makes them look extra baggy. Thinner stripe on the pants would make me happier, but overall I'm just nitpicking.
I thought they looked great! They looked a lot better seeing them in action. It made me feel like I was watching the old Rockets, with a modern flare.
Looks great except change the too much yellow on the sides. McDonald's influence, no doubt. It's more important to look good than to please McDonald's
to be honest, it only vaguely reminded me of the old rockets jerseys. it needs far less yellow & retro houston lettering. even someone on the daily dime live chat compared it to mcdonald's.
They look like Team McDonalds, or like Chinese communism jerseys. I don't care I am still going to buy one.
I really wanted to see the new uni's, but when I clicked on the game, apparently it was cancelled or something? They put the McDonalds High School All-Star classic on instead. Chase and AB were awesome back then! I'm so glad they reunited and played on the rox! I don't like them. They ugly. U-G-L-Y. Ugly. Ya, they ugly.
I never heard anyone complaining about Iowa State and USC's "McDonalds" colors. At the very least these unis are comparable to a college team design. Come on, this Or this? Spoiler
I guess the people that do not like the red and yellow didn't bleed red and yellow during some of the Rockets greatest years. Some people on this board are from the Pajama's and Silky Chinese Uniform era. Me personally I bleed Red and Yellow, hell I lost my job at Humble City Cafe when I refused to come down and work during the "Eddie Johnson Miracle Shot" game. Now all the Rockets have to do is change their current uni's to the same style and look of the alternate and life will be good!
