i dont think seatbelts would have mattered here... i was on myfoxhouston.com this morning when i heard about it and there was a slideshow of the wreck, and on one of the pics it looks like his blood on the headrest. i was really looking forward to the car museum he wanted to open in houston when he retired, i hope his wife still opens it in his honor.

While a car on top of an uprooted tree is impressive, for the amount of police/service vehicles there I also expected more. Thankfully, the dangerous driver didn't hit anyone else...
