I like how Clyde laughs after he misspeaks. And I really like how he tries to stick with what he said no matter how off it was.
clyde is great for laughing purposes but u cant leave Bullard out of this he says some laughable things too. the best is when they BOTH are calling the game with Bill. Must SEE TV
10/31/09 Clyde breaking down how the Rockets beat the Blazers in the home opener: "They are playing like they're at a day at the park. You know, good perimeter shooting teams can win games. But literally in the last three to four minutes it turns into a game that's inside the paint. But the Rockets created space. They continue to do what they did well and that's the reason they won this game." ???
He is becoming very intolerable to listen to. It seems like he has these few lines that he prepares beforehand and most of the times he isnt even coherent. He needs to go because I love listening to Bill, even Matt Bullard is tolerable, but I find myself muting the TV more often.
I can tell you are alot of fun. We got our own version of Barkley. Just enjoy it. Clyde is entertaining.
*Trevor dunks the ball* "Trevor Ariza is having a breakout season for the Rockets!" *Aaron hits a quick three, five seconds later* "Aaron Brooks is having a breakout season for the Rockets!" *Coach Adelman calls a defensive play* "Coach Adelman is having a breakout season for the Rockets!!!!!!!" .... "He he he"
"Kyle Lowry has done everything tonight except 'serve the popcorn'" - referring to Kyle having done everything tonight except score the ball
Clyde- "When you are already up 25, and their is 1:50 left you dont wanna compound that by shooting threes, teams will remembered that when you go to there building next time" - Referring to Brian Cook's garbage time three. -Bill Worrel- "Thats all Brian Cook does Clyde who cares, hes not gonna go inside." .....
