I would definitely say AB is our go-to guy, not trev. I love what trev has been doing, but AB can make the plays and close out games if he keeps his confidence up and continues to improve.

Yipee... I picked up AB in my fantasy h2h league now. I dropped that sorry ass Jason Terry. He has been awful.

this is why i hope people just don't look at the box score and think ariza is going to be some big time scorer. he's NOT.

he made like what? 2-3 shots when he had to create by himself. most of his shots were within the offense. he rarely created for himself and others, as he shouldn't. that's brooks' job.

this game is not going to convince me ariza is going to be some stud scorer. even adelman and morey would say the same after watching this game.

however, he's going to continue to score at a good clip (15-16 ppg) if he stays within the offense and continue to take it at the rim when teams respect his jumpshot more and more.

we finally have a guy who is a decent scorer and can play within the offense. t-mac and artest stopped the ball too much. von wafer did well but his IQ was low, and ariza fits this offense great.

The team would be. In order to achieve that. Scola must produce like He did against the Warriors. Having three potent scorers ( Brooks, Ariza and Scola ) with the bench production of Landry, Lowry, Andersen and Bud then teams better beware. :)

do you even watch mcgrady before last year?

ariza can't stop the ball even if he tries. he doesn't have the skills to demand the ball. everything that was done off the dribble by the team was by brooks' mostly. ariza needs to keep doing this.

but there will be games we will miss that go-to guy. the team was just on fire tonight. we can't expect that to happen every night.

the most impressive playe tonight was brooks. he was so good that the blazers sent aldridge to double him at halfcourt down the stretch on one possession.

As long as the teams wins, It really does not matter how much He averages.

    Bingo

if Ariza keeps this up, we ain't missing Artest and if Tmac comes back crappy, he is as good as gone if Ariza continues score with in the offense and play D.

if he does come back crappy, he's as good as gone even if ariza sucks the entire way.

Tracy's court vision is key. He can throw the ball to either Aaron or Trevor.

If Ariza can become as efficient as Wafer was last year, in terms of not turning the ball over, then we'll be in really good shape.

You can still employ him as the private low post trainer for Dorsey.

We can not take the ball out of AB's hands, he is our best option to close and make decisions.

AB and Ariza were nails tonight......nice to see.

The most important role Tmac would play is to be the go to guy in the 4th quarter. He will attract the double team that would open things for Trevor and Brooks. The first three games, especially in the last 2 minutes of the game showed the lack of a go to guy. Tmac will be that guy as a decoy or as the scorer.

Great win. Very pleased with both Aaron & Ariza. This is definitely a team of over-achievers.
