    San Antonio is one of the few manufacturing growth cities in the US. Toyota's plant there is still new and growing. Caterpillar is building a plant in Seguin. With the highly-skilled workforce coming from the military bases, moderate wages, and relatively low unionization, San Antonio has the most attractive workforce in the US, and probably the most attractive workforce in the world outside of Asia.
