A_3PO, are you certain of this? I was able to watch all of the Astros game on FSN Houston up here in Dallas....
I am certain. Other than national broadcasts, NBA will not allow you to watch out of market games, with ONE exception that I'm aware of: Bulls games that are on WGN can be seen by everyone around the country.
maybe I'm doing it wrong, but from what I saw, it isn't being offered for this season yet? I signed up for the mailing list, but haven't heard anything. Has something changed? Am I looking in the right/wrong place? Also, I saw nothing regarding pricing or what you get other than billions of games... blah blah blah. I just wanna watch rockets games from Austin.
sorry for double post... I see it's changed and I didn't get my email notification... Now my question is... can I watch the games on TV, or only on the computer? I thought I saw before that if you buy one you get the other?
They raised the early price from $84.95 to $134.95? That is a HUGE increase. The international price is only $89.95. I'll be fair and say there are two very big improvements that might be worth the extra $50.00: (1) With each live game you have full DVR control. Last year there was no DVR ability at all when watching live. You could only pause/rewind/forward while watching the archived games, which were available for only 2 days. I've gotten used to the full, live DVR control watching live NCAA football on ESPN360 and it made me wonder why NBALPBB didn't have this last year. (2) Archived games will be available the entire season instead of just for 2 days. That is sweeter than sweet. I'm gonna think about it but I know what the decision will be. At least the NBA is charging more for a much-improved product. Maybe LP Broadband is now actually better than League Pass. It's a steal to get LPBB included in the price of League Pass. Is there anybody out there with League Pass who has no intention of using their LP Broadband component?
i'm in SF and watch the warriors fine. when i go down to LA to visit family, i watch the lakers just fine.
I'm probably going to end up getting the 134.95 one because of the NBA nerd that I am... finally.. i can't wait to see some NBA games.
Is anyone who have ILP (maybe LP broadband) experiencing problems right now? Colored box for the Celtics - Cavs game? I tried Live Chat with support but they "are currently assisting others"... I just need confirmation that I'm not the only one with this problem. P.S. I have everything installed, port opened for the app, not a newbie here
hey how does it work if i bought league pass tv for my home in houston, but live in NY so will the knicks game be blacke outwhen i watch it on broadband bc iwont be in houston or will rockets be blacked out, i subscribed in houston for the tv portion but watch te broadband in ny
The blackout will apply to whatever market you are in while watching LP Broadband. I was surprised last year when I was able to watch a Rockets game while in Tulsa on business.
i just bought the $89.95 (7 team deal) and it didn't let me choose the 7 teams. it just said you have full access or whatever. is it b/c i signed up for the free subscription until 11/3?
