I don't drink anymore, but if you gave me a bratwurst on a hard roll with a nice spicy grainy mustard I probably would start again.
People don't realize that beer is a better food/cheese matcher than wine. I will gladly pussify myself to spread this gospel.
FAIL! Check the ingredients, SwoLy. The correct answer is ANYTHING. As long as it's a food you like, you can only make it better with beer. Period.
Since it hasn't been an option since leaving Texas, I didn't even think of crawfish. I'd throw in sushi, or japanese fast food in general to the discussion. I'd also make a strong push for mussels and fries. But I think nothing beat boiled crawfish.
