Has anyone heard anything about this game? I am playing Demons Souls right now, but this game looks FANTASTIC and it is out on Tuesday. Looks really really good...a shooter RPG with limitless gun combos and a long long story...cant get any better I think!
They say its like a diablo fps. That sold me, but I don't have time as it is for games and have Uncharted 2, Demon's Souls, and MW2 to eat up my time and money.
In a similar boat here, just replace Deomn's Soul with Ratchet and Clank's new one. Borderlands looks very interesting, but I'm not trying to invest too much time into any game outside of maybe MW2. Thats why I never got Fallout 3. I am looking forward to its reviews though.
Looks damn interesting. Thinking about getting this game to play with some buds online.... I want to see some reviews first though.
As cool as it sounds, I have so many other games I want to deal with first... Demons Souls Uncharted 2 (which, I played the first 10 min just to see what its like and I was absolutely blown away) Forza 3 R&C: TOD R&C: ACIT MW 2 God of War Collection Assassins creed 2 Thats my queue for the time being. Ill see what the reviews say...if its getting consistent 90's across the board from reviewers, then I may have to make some rearrangements. Otherwise, I'll stick to my current list and possibly play it some time in the future.
I just read IGN's review of Borderlands and they gave it an 8.8/10. I'm excited about it from what I read. I just pre-ordered the PC version off Steam since it was $5 off. They've also got a 4 game package going for about $130 if you want to get it for yourself and 3 friends. If anyone here is going to grab the PC version, let me know and add me to your Steam friends list. My Steam name is Gr1MReapeRAK. Man, between this and Dragon Age, I'm going to have a lot of fun this November. I would add Modern Warfare 2 to the list, but they've severely nerfed the PC version (no dedicated servers!).
For me, it's going to be Forza 3 and Dragon Age. I can't wait. My video card I bought just to play that game came in today. Between Forza and DA:O, I may just work, play games, and skip eating and sleeping.

Agreed, I'm thinking about putting DA:O on my short list of what to get next. I sunk in just as much time into BG2 as I did Diablo 2.
Wow, didn't see this thread before I posted in the Sept. game sales thread. Anyone who wants to play it multiplayer look me up on Live as Gunslinger57. I should be getting it tomorrow afternoon and will be playing it tomorrow night if all goes as planned. Between this and Brutal Legend, I should be occupied until Dragon Age.
