This is the first year Houston had two teams with the #1 pick, what player Yao or Carr will have the better season.
    My money goes on Carr.

Let's see. Youve made 3 posts and started 2 threads (one of which is this asinine thread).

When trolls come out of the woods, they seem to do so in droves.

What are the odds this thread gets closed and mac.c gets banned?

Hey guy's every since we got the number one pick and drafted Yao Ming anybody that has anything negative to say about his ability or play you call him a idoit. Try freedom of speach and learn how to respect it, Anything that ssaid on this site I can disagree with your opinion and still respect that you said it.

This doesn't have anything to do with Ming it has to do with you starting worthless threads.

I have said this before and i will repeat. Just because a thread isn't like by one guy or gal doesn't mean that someone else doesn't get something from it. Telling someone his thread is worthless doesn't take a lot of intelligence, but finding something good about it does. If i understand correctly this is simply a way for all of us to express our feelings. It doesn't mean that you have to agree or even read it.

I have no problem with you speaking your mind but I do have one question.....

Why would you think a rookie on an expansion team will do better than a rookie playing for a decent ESTABLISHED team?

    Please state your reasons....

I think they will both have great careers and lead their teams to multiple championships.

    At least I hope so...

i'm hated here for posting too much in the past, we got a lot of grumpy guys here that will get mad if you over post. But i don't care i'll post when i want too, but i have nothing to say right now. I'll keep this place entertained when it starts getting boring again.

Carr will have more of an opportunity to shine. Ming still needs lots of work to succeed. Carr has the skills, he just needs time on the field. Carr will have a better rookie season than Ming.

Also, if you think a thread is stupid, then dont respond. There is no reason to be so negative.

What about when Sampson was drafted....didn't the Oilers have the #1 pick and take Munchak or Steinkuhler? Or maybe that wasn't the same year, I don't know.

By the way I still think this thread is weird (comparing the rookie of different sports and asking who will have the better year). That's like asking "Who will have the better year Tim Duncan or Brett Favre". Beside I just got my @ss chewed out by heypartner for responding to a post similar to this so you know. So anyway sorry to give you a hard time mac. :)
