The problems with the reported gang rape: 1) Gang raping is not considered a humane form of punishment, and definetly is not considered a form of rehabilitation! 2) The person being punished was not the person who commited the crime, and the person who was punished was not responsible for the person who commited the crime. 3) The alleged crime is completely racist, sexist, and a symptom of a society in need of MAJOR reform. The problems with your opinions: 1) You simply react to every post with an opposite opinion that is poorly thought out and only meant shock and irritate people. 2) You use the excuse "IMHO" to mean "whatever I say has no consequences", when it does. 3) Why do you post at all if what you say has no meaning or consequences? The problems with your quote above: 1) There is a BIG difference between war, and criminal justice. 2) At no point in history has a nation dedicated more resources and technological equipment to prevent the injustices of war from occuring. 3) The death of civilians are investigated. If they are accidents, I'm sure the situations are examined to prevent them in the future. If they are the result of negligence or are intentional, then the instigators will be put on trial and punished according to LAW.
