I feel so much dumber than when I was in undergrad. While I know more things it seems like raw brain processing power has decreased. Do you lose IQ points as you get older?
How old are you? I'm 21 and I feel that way sometimes. Who knows if weed has anything do to with it. I hardly drink.
Well, it was a serious reply, even if it was a double entendre. Learning to learn can be a struggle at any age, especially if one mainly gets by on rote memorization.

Its more like my brain devolved. At work you do work, but after a while you really stop thinking. Or you get so specialized that you stop using the full potential of it.
I felt that way in grad school too. I was more informed, but slower to learn than as an undergraduate. I chalked it up to being out of practice and less dedicated.
i felt dumber in graduate school because everyone in the program was super smart. it's all relative. there are too many dumb ones in undergraduate to make you feel smarter. i did statistics.
