I would be pro-active... and get the security down there on HER while she was being so unruly to everyone around. That way, she would be protected from HERSELF.

She was in the wrong at first, and I would have tried to control her. Once he put his hands on her though for me that is a different story. I would have taken him and his friend. Course i would have went uphill first, cause that looked like a nasty drop. On this situation im kind of old school, play mediator, but in my opinion a man never puts his hands on a woman under any circumstances. That is a crime worth getting your butt kicked for.

I would've tried to get my girl away from the situation before it escalated further.

But if some guy poured his beer on my girl, I would've made him lick it up off the floor.

To answer the OP's question....The moment the dude threw beer on her i would have swung, b/c thats the point of no return......but at the sometime i think i would have called security before it got to that point, but who knows sometimes in those situation you can't think straight... :D

Really dude, come on thats not cool don't support violence no matter who starts it....we really don't know what happend or who started it, it could have been that the girl was really drunk or it could have been that the cardinal fans were being teased to begging with specially given that the girl had a great rack!!!! ;).....my point is that we just don't know so lets not jump to conclusions and favor one side over the other.....PEACE

    me to!!! :D

I'm not really favoring one side over the other, all I'm saying is that girl bit off more she could chew. Don't expect people to follow the chivalry code of conduct when booze and sports are involved.

And that bf seems like a typical pretty boy wuss. He might have done the smart thing by not taking on the guy and his large friend, but he showed his true preppy gringo colors. If that girl truly values her god given poontang and god given/store bought(?) tatas, she would drop him off at Dumpsville USA. Then again she appears to have hispanic blood and could be one of those social climbing latina chicks who prefers preppy white boys and will excuse some vagina tendencies from them. Who knows. :D

Don't stop believing, hold onto that feeeeeling... couldn't help but notice that was in the background

We have no way of determining if this is accurate or not, but this is from the comments section of this video on youtube:

"BEFORE the video came on: the two cardinal fans got a lot of friendly slack and popcorn thrown at them (like it should be)... then it turned into "show your t***" and throwing empty cups at them. they stayed chill until the "i will p*ss on your gf's back" and "can i put my n*ts on your gf's head?" comments - that is when the video kicks in. she shouldn't have pushed anybody but the video deserves the background."

We don't know what happened before the camera started filming. Overall, this is a difficult spot to be in. I would've tried to defuse the situation by making sure we ignored their comments, but there is only so much abuse (verbal and physical) somebody can take before they react. Now before the beer was thrown in her face, calling security probably would not have helped unless they were willing to stand there the entire time to make sure that no more abuse took place. I'm not sure if that would've been feasible. I probably would've approached security and informed them of what was going on and if they were able to guarantee our safety and an end to the abuse, I would've stayed. But if they were unable to do so and before it go to the point of beers being thrown and violence taking place, I would've grabbed her and just left. It's not worth it to get involved in a physical altercation when you're so heavily outnumbered. Once the beer was thrown, Johnny Knoxville (lol) should've made sure she didn't come back and escalate the situation, because the guy probably would've been ejected from the stadium for doing that.

A few things are for certain though. She's definitely a hottie! I'll never sit in the upper deck at Dodgers Stadium. I'm a non-violent person, but the moment the guy threw the beer or laid his hands on her, I would've reacted. Then again, I don't drink and would have done my best to avoid the situation or not allow it to get to that point to begin with. Cooler heads always prevail.

Ugh, I hate to double post, but I just watched and listened closely to the video again. It did seem like the youtube comments above about what transpired before the camera started rolling are more than likely accurate. It seems that a lot of the fans in and around that area were well aware of the situation, because they were laughing even before anything happened. Also, at the .24 second mark of the video you can hear the guy behind her say, "You won't mind if I put my nuts on your broad's face, do you." This is when she tries to knock his hat off. But, also at the same time, Johnny Knoxville is giving dap to the fat dude that just sat down. That could've been his potential partner to make peace maybe??? He should've grabbed her and made her sit down in the chair, before she tried to flip the dude's hat off. Again, I would still follow the course of action I outlined above.

Why I analyzed this video and situation so much? I have no idea...boredom I guess.

If that's true, the best thing for them to do would have been to notify security immediately and see if they would stay nearby to control the situation or try to move them to somewhere else in the stadium away from the idiots.

It's just everyone being r****ded in public. People have to learn when to disengage.

Now, if I were a Rockets fan in Utah, I might be willing to clock everyone in the stands. :p

someone throws a drink at my GF? If I really loved her?

I at least get to the dude. I may not throw a punch but I'll touch him in someway while waiting for authorities to get him.

If no one shows up then yeah, I'm going to lay some wood knowing the long lasting repercussions of living with this GF thinking your a P*ssy are far greater then a small stint in the slammer.

One time at a Christmas halftime contest during a Rockets game we won tickets to LA to see the Rockets play the Lakers. Wearing our Rockets clothing was the biggest mistake we could have made. Sure we were happy to support the Rockets, especially after they gave us these tickets, but we did not get to enjoy the game at all because of people constantly heckeling (sp?) and making rude comments toward us. Even before the game started when no alcohol had been involved yet they were cussing at us and making rude comments. There were at least 3-4 times I came close to getting into fights, and would have if I hadn't been held back. When we were finally in our seats I thought everything would be fine, but that's when it got worse. People were more interested in making our lives hell than they were in the game. We managed to rough it out and stay for the entire game (unfortunately we lost), and outside the stadium when we were walking down the street an older lady coming towards us yelled "Go Rockets." Assuming she was being rude, I replied with "go to hell!" A few minutes later I realized she was probably serious and just showing her spirit (although she wasn't wearing anything Rockets related or red).

Bottom line, these LA fans can be real a**holes. If you go to one of their games, expect to come close to multiple altercations, know where the security is located, and don't plan on enjoying the game. Or, to solve all of this you could just wear normal clothing, don't cheer for your team, and keep to yourself, but then what's the point of going in the first place?

    Pugs

Edit: To answer the OP's question, if words were said before the camera started rolling I think I would have tried to ignore it or gone to security. If she had started it and kept it going I think I would have tried to calm her down and apologized to the other fans for her behavior. Nobody whens if it gets physical, but no matter what she had done, if someone threw beer in my girls face, something bad would have happened....luckily, if I'm there it's with a great girl that tends to be on the quiet side and doesn't drink much, but her pink Hunter Pence jersey may have got us into some trouble :D

This is why the very concept of fandom is emotionally defective. They're rooting for a corporate product.

Heckling a female who wears opposing team colors, then pouring a beer on her when she takes offense? All because she likely was born elsewhere in the country, and is thus a Cardinals fan?

I'm all for the beauty of sport, but this is ridiculous. At least real gangs of opposing colors fight over actual turf; there's something tangible to be gained.

Well that was a mess all around. How did she fall down? Did that guy push her? I would have tried to calm her down first and tried to ignore it and if it kept going then just get security.

That is the price you pay for dating a hot chick.. Won't have any problems dating a fat chick with bad odor and a face that's been buried under hot coil at an industrial factory...
