No wonder! He looked so damn slow compared to last season when I saw him play... Muscle doesn't help a small player like him that much....
So anybody still keeping him? It was a good week for him, and he's shown improvement each week, but in my league he's the 28th best RB so far.
Someone in my league dropped him and I claimed him off waivers. Going to put him on the bench and see what he does over the next few games and if he picks it up then I'll start him... I had the #4 pick in my league and I passed on Forte and went with Westbrook. He's coming off a bye and is supposed to be healthy now and with Mcnabb back, I'm looking for Westbrook to take off. All my stock is in this guy and his ankle
I had Westbrook for like the past 3-4 years on one of my teams. This year I don't. He is just too injury prone these days. That ankle has been around year after year....sucks...
Yeah I know. I've always had westbrook and he's been golden. The ankle is an issue. I look somewhat like a genius right now for passing on Forte, but if Westbrook doesn't come around then I really have no chance of winning. I think this Sunday, coming off a bye/rest, against Tampa should be a telling situation for westbrook owners.
I would start immediately esp if it's a ppr league and/or you have a flex position. He went off last week but also had a decent game against the Jags even without a TD.
