You should of put a poll and changed the question to "Do you want Clyde to be announcer this year for FSN?" Because you would totally be in the minority.
Clyde is the worst commentator I have ever seen/heard. Why can't they get rid of Clyde and let Bull do all of the games with Bill? Bull isn't great, but he's a major upgrade over Clyde. Maybe it's about time to start the....Bring Back Calvin thread. On a more serious note....I'm not sure if Clyde is actually going to be back, but I haven't heard anything about anyone else stepping in, so I'm going to assume we'll have to endure another year of torture listening to him. Does anyone else agree that Bill would be better off by himself than with Clyde? I just can't help but think of all of the times Clyde made a comment and Bill just kept quiet or made a strange face. I challenge you to come up with a worse commentator than Clyde. If you can........call the Rockets, I'm sure they'll hire him. Pugs
He's my darkhorse for worst commentator, a perennial all-star for worst commentator, but he is a consummate professional
I got an Idea... What if we try to trade Clyde and Bull for Eliott then take it back then wait for Clyde and Bull to do the best announcing of their careers.

Too easy. Van and Cooper were beyond horrible. Clyde has gotten better over time and him and Bill have developed a pretty decent chemistry...same with Bill and Bull. I dunno if I could stand either tandem for the whole season though. Bull is too much of a homer at times and Clyde has the "baby seal" moments. But both pairs working together and splitting action, it kind of balances itself out into a nice commentating team.
